Its a nice, sturdy backpack. It measures 14. 5 x 11 by 6. The Infinity pump fits into the front pocket for quick access, but is also fine to place in the main compartment of the backpack. The Kangaroo Joey and Omni will only fit in the main compartment. I do add a grommet to the front pocket for infinity pumps.
