corzettiCorzetti is a typical pasta shape from the regions of Liguria and Tuscany. Originating during the Renaissance era, it was formerly used by noble families to print their heraldic coat of arms on pasta, to emphasise the importance of the lineage. Marcato corzetti moulds are available in 3 different variants.
