Brined and Uncooked Turkey | CateringOur 13 15 lb turkeys (prior to trussing and cooking) are locally sourced from Goffle Farms in Pennsylvania. We brine the bird for you, for an extra moist finish. To Cook: Preheat the oven to 425F. Place turkey on a roasting pan. DO NOT SEASON WITH SALT.
