StargazerIt was a thrilling experience crafting Stargazer with the first graped we procured from Royer Vineyard in the southern volcanic hillsides of the Eola Amity Hills. Even as the free run juice came free of the berries in the press there was the distinct essence of mandarin orange and clementine. Those flavors of orange citrus endured the fermentation, and as the wine aged in neutral 500L barrels for 10 months those notes became floral and spiced. This

This 2021 Chardonnay was grown on the north-facing side of the Dundee Hills AVA where chill winds and long shadows keep the small berries tight with acidity and flavor

This 2023 Myriad blend was crafted from three of our dearest varieties

It sings of lemon citrus on the palate with hints of cream and dough on the long finish

On September 6th of 2021 we harvested the Chardonnay and returned to the winery where we pressed the grapes coarsely and slowly over hours
