Nepenthes spectabilis x talangensis BE-3769This is an incredible clone of Nepenthes spectabilis Giant x talangensis from Borneo Exotics. It's a vigorous grower under highland conditions and exhibits some of the best pitcher coloration of any Nepenthes we have seen. The pitcher body is richly spotted purple but the most magical aspect is the peristome. They open up purple red and iridescent yellow striped and over time the stripes slowly spread out while the exterior rim of the peristome color

these all achieve the squat proportions at maturity that many deem desirable

Large Nepenthes ampullaria can be sensitive to root disturbance so we always recommend keeping them in extremely high humidity (>90%) as they get established

This species prefers warm temperatures and high humidity year round

Hawaii and other warm environments the ability to grow a very hamata-esque plant without the fuss of refrigeration or hefty AC bills

The pitcher coloration coloration should be gorgeous and striped
