It's made from two parcels; two thirds Vinho fermented in stainles steel, and one third Padeiro trodden and fermented in lagar. The blend makes perfect sense, rich colour and dark fruit crunchy acidity from the Vinho compliment the Padeiro's lighter colour and natural tannic structure.
