Traditional fermentation takes place in stainless steel with skin contact taking place for 19 days for the extraction of both color and tannin. The wine is then aged for 1 year in French oak (35% new). ABOUT THIS PRODUCER From a domaine created at the beginning of the 20th century, with 10. 5ha in Rully, predominately planted in Chardonnay.
