Clotilde Legrand Saumur Champigny La Chaintrée 2015Based in the picturesque village of Varrains in the Saumurois, Domaine Clotilde Legrand draws on a lineage of vignerons stretching back centuries, among the earliest recorded producers in the region. The first female winemaker in her family, Clotilde now farms 16 hectares of Cabernet Franc organically, along with a small parcel of Chenin Blanc.
