I picked the Hydrangea leaves in early spring to get them in this mini size. I chose the lovely tanzanite to mimic the color of the hydrangea. Made by painting 10 to 15 layers of silver paste to the back side of the leaves, then they are fired in a kiln, the leaf burns away, leaving a pure silver leaf. The gemstones are on handmade headpins

The length of the pendant is 56 mm or 2 1/4 inches long

The floral adorned moon is set with blue sapphire and the stylized flower links are set with russet colored sapphires
