Tasmanian Spectra GinThe Zenith Tasmanian Spectra Gin is a colourful contemporary style gin using the very best ingredients from the Tamar Valley and surrounds. We blend a mixture of Tamar Valley Citrus & Lavender, home grown and handpicked fruit, and top it off with the delicate butterfly pea flower, giving the gin a mystical colour changing ability. This gin has a few tricks up its sleeve and we encourage you to discover all the spectra of the rainbow.
