Human CD38 (hFc Tag)
Description
Human CD38 (hFc Tag)CD38, also known as ADP ribosyl cyclase, is a Type II integral membrane protein. The enzyme is able to transform NAD(P)+ into three different products with calcium mobilizing ability, cyclic ADP ribose, NAADP+, and ADP ribose. CD38 is expressed in B and T lymphocytes, osteoclasts, and in cardiac, pancreatic, liver and kidney cells. Through its production of cyclic ADP ribose, CD38 modulates calcium mediated signal transduction in many types of cells,
Optimized for AAV Manufacturing: Specially developed for large-scale recombinant AAV production in suspension 293 cell lines
This kit serves a versatile purpose

Sometimes lowering the temperature can increase the transcription length
The enzyme can add a methyl group at the 2´-O position of the first nucleotide of the cap structure at the 5´ end of the RNA

Simple and rapid protocol: Streamlined workflow for convenient use in various experimental setups
Hygromycin B can also be used as an antiviral agent because it selectively penetrates into cells with increased membrane permeability due to viral infection and inhibits translation
adherent cell: After digestion with trypsin without EDTA
it can be replaced with a 5% sucrose solution as a carrier
