Description
NV Domaine La Borderie "Trois Contrées" Extra Brut, Champagne, FranceABOUT THIS WINE Trois Contres (Three Regions) is a single vintage, multi parcel cuve composed of 100% Pinot Noir from three villages in the Cte des Bar: Bar sur Seine, Merrey sur Arce, and Gy sur Seine. These sites offer a complex interplay of Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils, contributing to the wines mineral edge and structural clarity. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, and a portion of the wine is vinified in oak
The blend is 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon
