Santa MariaFinca Santa Maria is one of nine farms that make up Hacienda Cafetera La Pradera in Aratoca, Santander, Colombia. The farm is operated by 22 women, all heads of household, who work together to cultivate and process coffee while supporting their families and community. Their work reflects La Praderas mission of strengthening the Santander coffee sector, creating positive social impact, and producing coffee in harmony with nature.
